I would just like to say a big thanks to the speeding cyclist in Chippenham town center this morning, who almost hit me, and did hit my bag. Luckily there was no injury or damage, but I wonder what part of the words NO CYCLING, did he not understand. In addition the expletives he came out with in ear shot of other people including children was really not acceptable.

Its a shame, that people seem to think, that because there is no one around, that they can just flout the rules, to the point where they can cause acccidents. But then again, its like that on the roads as well.
